Warehouse is primarily a standing room only venue. We will occasionally host shows that are seated; those shows are explicitly stated in the show description. If you are differently abled, we are more than happy to accommodate and aid in finding seating; please reach out to warehouse@sonicunyon.com ahead of the show to make arrangements.
We advertise the time our doors open: you can typically expect the show to begin 60 minutes after the doors open.
No, we do not offer food or snacks at Warehouse Concert Hall; but there are lots of delicious options on St. Paul Street.
We are a licensed establishment that offers a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic options for our patrons.
You can find ticket links to upcoming shows on the venue’s website or directly through official ticketing platform Tixr at this link. (Some external promoters may not use Tixr, but verified ticket links can be found on warehouseconcerthall.com) Customers first need to register an account with Tixr in order to purchase tickets. If you click Log In at the top right hand corner of the event page, then click Sign Up Via Email, account creation should be straightforward.

Fans who miss out on tickets before tickets sell out can register their interest and payment preferences on the Waitlist that appears on Tixr ticketing pages. When an event sells out, a Waitlist will automatically be generated. Fans can pre-authorize their credit cards for an order of tickets and orders will be immediately fulfilled if and when more inventory becomes available. In order to protect fans from being ambushed by last-minute automated charges to shows they can no longer attend, the Waitlist will expire 48 hours before the show. Yes. Ticket holders unable to attend a sold-out show ticketed by Tixr may list their tickets for authenticated resale on the show’s event page. If there are resale options listed, a purple Resale badge will appear on the event’s ticket button. Every resale listed in this way is verified and issued by Tixr. Yes, we accept both debit & credit in the venue. Please note: We do not have an ATM on site.
Yes! We have limited parking in the lot directly outside Warehouse Concert Hall. There is also ample street parking on St. Paul Street.
Please check the individual listing for age limitations; if it is an all-ages event, you may bring your child. Our code of conduct requires all patrons be awake and responsive through the entirety of the show. If your child falls asleep, we ask that you remove them from the venue. We recommend purchasing over-ear headphones to protect hearing.
